It has a spread collar and a tie belt, which is detachable. 

Front button closure. Two front pockets.

Made from 100% sheep shearling fur. Fully lined with acetate lining.

The size of this coat is 46 Italian, or 6/8 American - size M (Armani tends to be slimmer).

Also, keep in mind that Armani stopped using fur, so coats like this one will not be produced anymore!
