Please Note: We are unable to offer a 2 Day Express delivery service to the following postcodes:
AB, BT, HS, IM, IV, KY, KW, PH, PA, TR21-25 and ZE.

reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery
options without notice. The Vanilla Company does not accept
responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks
or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs
unless we are responsible for the error.

Missing Deliveries:
Occasionally orders do go missing in the Post. If your item(s) haven't arrived, please ensure you have allowed enough time for your order to be delivered. Items sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery - please allow up to 48 hours before reporting an item as missing.
We also recommend that you contact your local Royal Mail Collection Office in case they tried to deliver whilst you were out, and have taken your order back for you to call and collection or arrange re-delivery. Please note we are unable to provide a tracking number unless you select a tracked delivery service.
