● Equipped with 3 types of grand piano sounds including the highest peak concert grand piano [SK-EX]
From Shigeru Kawai, the best grand piano series that Kawai is proud of, the concert grand piano SK-EX and the medium-sized grand piano SK-5 are newly installed. It also features the Kawai Concert Grand Piano EX, which was actually used at the Chopin International Piano Competition, the world's highest piano contest, and incorporates a total of three models of grand piano sounds.

In these piano recordings, we select the best pianos that can be made because we are proficient in piano making, and perform excellent piano tuning by the highest level tuner (* MPA). By carefully recording these pianos one by one on each of the 88 keys, the piano sound was uncompromised. The HI-XL sound source realizes a smooth tone change from light to heavy hits and a realistic piano sound with less turbidity of chords and longer attenuation, and expresses its quality without exhaustion.
● 256 tones with rich variations
The 256 built-in tones are divided into eight categories. (Categories: Piano, E-Piano, Drawbar, Organ, Strings / Vocals, Brass / Horn Section, Pads / Synths, Bass / Guitar) Each sound category is composed of eight sub-categories, which are further four variations It has been constructed. (8 categories x 8 sub categories x 4 variations = 256 tones)

With this structured tone group configuration, you can immediately change the tone even during a live performance, and see at a glance the currently selected tone. The tone parameters are displayed on the center LCD, and you can adjust the tone and effect parameters while playing by turning the knob. In addition, the parameters to be displayed on the screen can be pre-assigned by the user to their favorite parameters.
● Piano sound as desired with virtual technician function
The skill of a skilled piano tuner is essential to bring out the performance of a concert grand piano. It not only tunes the tone accurately, but also adjusts various tones so that the piano can play the real music.
The virtual technician function simulates tuning by a tuner and changes the character of the piano sound. You can adjust the weight of the touch and the hardness of the hammer, the noise when the finger is released from the keyboard, the string resonance, the opening and closing of the large roof, the damper resonance, and other various items in real time.
Virtual technicians are also available for electric pianos. It can be played with old-fashioned sound, or when it is new and immediately after shipment.
● Equipped with amplifier simulator
The tone character of an amplifier or cabinet is an important factor that affects the tone of a vintage electric piano. Using the amp simulator, you can play with analog warmth and thick tone.
In addition to the five amplifier types, it is possible to finely control the drive level and volume, and it also has an equalizer and tone editing function. In addition, it is possible to adjust the type of microphone that collects the sound of the amplifier, the arrangement of the microphone, and the volume of a stereo microphone that is located far away. An amp simulator that realizes an infinite number of combinations brings even more fun to vintage electric piano sounds.
