PORT LISTING:
A port / transfer is sometimes a complicated long drawn-out process with hours spent on the telephone with old and new carriers.
We do this for you and get the job done, if possible.
HOWEVER, Certain carriers require your bill be up to date and within the monthly service period (paid for for the month), for them to release your telephone number to another carrier. If you have not paid your bill , your TEL # TRANSFER over may be refused by the previous (old) carrier. CALL THEM.
IF USING THE SAME DEVICE: For the transfer over of your tel. number to Red Pocket to your same phone (that you have been using), that device should be unlocked from the previous carrier you are switching from. (SEE ABOVE).
In the case of Verizon and Sprint compatible devices we may be able to help you clear that same device so it can be used with Red Pocket for the new activation.

however, it is guaranteed that your service will work in your unlocked device. In other words, when you get your sim and you put it into the phone your service will turn on and work as you would expect it to.
HANDLING:
Once your payment is made, your device may be shipped the next day. We ship out on Saturday and Sunday also. Taking that into account, be aware sometimes it may take little bit longer to send out packages. packages are dropped at the Main G.P.O. processing facility. The shipping time is usually quicker.
