RETURNS: If you receive your item and feel it is not as described in the auction or clear in the photos, contact me via the auction site under "contact seller" within 3 days of receiving your merchandise. If you have questions about an item or wish to see more photos PRIOR to bidding, please contact me and I will happily respond.

RESOLUTION: Please give me an opportunity to resolve any issues you may have prior to leaving feedback as I am confident that we can work through any problem that arises.
