Shipping Information

 

  • We endeavour to dispatch all items within the same business day if orders are place before 11.30am, after 11.30am then orders will be sent next business day.
  • All items will be sent via CouriersPlease, Fastway or Australia post with tracking numbers for your peace of mind and that your items will arrive safely.
  • All orders are sent directly from our Melbourne warehouse for fast delivery times.
  • Our courier service can not deliver to PO Box addresses.  To save delivery time please provide a physical delivery address.
  • We do not provide warranty on items lost or damaged during postage as it is out of our control.
  • To save postage cost all items will be sent out in satchel bags and in some instances the packaging may arrive slightly dented or squashed.  If you require stronger packaging please advise and extra postage charge can be arranged.
