Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your product/s, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is brand new and unworn. The item/s must be returned in a brand new state with all stickers intact, dust bags and in the box provided. No refund will be given for any worn footwear.

Once we receive your item back, it will be inspected and a refund issued by the same method as you paid. Please allow 1-2 working days for you refund to be processed

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We do not refund any postage cost involved in getting the goods to you.

We are very sorry but we cannot offer an exchange service, this is due to the pre-order service and time lapse as goods may not be available.
