Payment Policy

 
We accept the following methods of payment:
 
·  Paypal: Just follow the instructions at checkout and pay using your credit card or paypal account.  This is the fastest and easiest method of payment
·  Bank Transfer: For online bank transfers please use your ebay name as a payment reference.
·  Payment via Credit Card:  If you wish to phone us with your credit card details this can be done between Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm
·  Cash or Card on Pick up:  We will accept either cash or credit/debit card.
 

Shipping Policy
 
Once dispatch has been arranged, you will be advised by email when your order has been sent with Australia Post.  Please note: for large orders we may send your order via Fastway Couriers
 
Pick Up Service:  Please feel free to take advantage of our pick up service from our warehouse, located in Gorokan, NSW.   Pick ups are welcome via appointment only during the hours of Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm. 

Delays may occur occasionally which are beyond our control.  We Endeavour to provide you only the best service and encourage your feedback

Returns Policy
 

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.  
Returns will only be accepted upon prior approval from management & this is only accepted if there is a manufacturing fault with the item.  
Goods must be returned in the condition & packaging that they were supplied.  
Refunds if issued will be restricted to the price invoiced only & will exclude our delivery costs to you, your return costs & any costs relating to shortage or damage of contents on return.
