60 DAY RETURNS POLICY
If
you no longer want your product for any reason at all, let us know within 60
days of receiving it and we will happily exchange it for any other item in our
store, or store credit for use at a later date. Instructions for the return
will be provided.
The
item(s) must be returned to us in the same condition as when you received them,
unuséd and unopened. Upon receipt of your return, store credit will be issued
to 100% of the value of the product(s) being returned. Note original and return
shipping cannot be credited. Where original shipping was free, a $5 fee will be
deducted from the credit to cover costs.
If
you receive a faulty product, get in touch explaining what is wrong within 7
days of receiving the item, including photos where relevant/possible. In this
instance, you can choose between a replacement product or a full refund,
inclusive of all shipping costs.
LOCAL SHIPPING INFO – PLEASE READ
In order to
keep your delivery fees as low as possible, this item is shipped via Australia
Post’s regular letter service, without tracking. This service usually takes 2-6
days for delivery (or a little longer for some remote areas), but it is
currently taking longer in some instances, due to changes in the Australia Post
network which are out of our control. In some instances, delivery is taking up
to 15 business days. We ask that you have an element of patience whilst the
Posties deliver to you, and before contacting Ebay or lodging feedback, we
would ask that you contact us for assistance first.
If you
would prefer the comfort of tracking, please select the Registered Post option
at checkout, or for faster delivery, please select Express Delivery.
Products
are usually shipped from Melbourne within 48 hours of receiving payment. We
ship to all areas within Australia via Australia Post.
For
combined shipping discounts, please add multiple items to your eBay cart and
checkout all in one go. Sometimes the Ebay system does not correctly combine
shipping, so if you have any trouble with combined shipping, please get in
touch and we will help correct the shipping for you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO
Our
worldwide flat shipping rates are based on rates provided in Australia
Post's standard international postal price guides. Rates do not include any
import taxes or tariffs payable to the destination country, which buyers
would be responsible for. Please check with authorities in the destination
country for more information.
Shipping
will be via a registered post service which is fully trackable. This does make
it a little more expensive than 'economy air mail', but we have experienced a
higher than normal level of lost parcels in the past when using economy
services - and therefor we do not offer it ordinarily. We can also
provide a quote for express delivery if required. Whilst delivery times are
estimated at 6-10+ business days, this can be longer in some instances and to
some parts of the world.
Most
of our products ship worldwide. Please add 1-2 days handling time for international
deliveries.
