I do have some longer handling times on a few of the bigger items just in case I need to purchase a box for shipment. Also, life happens, especially when you have kids, so there are some nights where I simply can't get to it. :-)

Please pay for your item in a timely fashion. If items are not paid for within a few days, an unpaid item case will be opened. If you need time to pay, please contact me ahead of time. 

I do not accept returns. All items are described or shown to the best of my ability. If there are glaring issues, I will either mention it or make sure the photos show it. Don't hesitate to ask for more pictures or more info. I'm happy to respond. That being said, I'm not perfect and mistakes do happen. If there is a problem, please contact me.

Parts are in good, played with condition. They could have scuffs, scratches, sticker wear, etc but are not broken unless noted. 

For parts where I have multiples, the photo essentially is a stock photo. You'll get a part like the one pictured. Note: Due to the large number of pieces that I deal with, I cannot guarantee that your piece will have stickers on it.

I do combine shipping on multiple items.  If combining figures, accessories, vehicle parts, etc., please send us an invoice request using a web browser before completing payment.  You must use a web browser when combining items; the Android and IOS apps typically do not work.  In the browser, select the item, click Buy It Now, then click Continue Shopping with Seller.  Find your next item and repeat the steps.  When finished, go to Purchase History and then click Request Total from Seller.
