This is a Ladies Floral Cabinet magazine dated November 1883. Not sure if this was a magazine in its own right or was an insert in another magazine, but this piece appears complete. It has 14 pages - not counting both sides - and the pages are numbered 324-349.
Mostly text, it does have a few illustrations of plants that are lovely and very detailed.

It measures 7 1/2" by 10 3/4"
