My latest upcycling project sees me taking old drinks cans, carefully cutting them apart before gluing them onto a 3mm piece of high quality birch plywood. This is then carefully rubbed down all over to make sure it is splinter free before being given a coat of food & child safe varnish.
Please note, each coaster is aligned ever so slightly differently on the Magners label to that in the photo.

Note; The cans have all been saved from recycling & are delicate when cut-up & not in 'can' form so will show small amounts of warping & the occasional scratch, dink etc. This, after all, is the beauty & provenance of upcycled, eco-friendly products. Please note that the coasters are all made to order & as such the alignment on your coasters may vary slightly from that in the photos, if you're buying the four pack then each of the coasters will be slightly different in appearance.
