Pure Vermont maple cream. Our maple cream is made from syrup that we produced at the begging of the maple sugaring season. This early syrup contains low invert sugars that produce a cream that is smoother and melts in your mouth. We heat our syrup to 240 degrees rapidly cool it and let it set for 24 hrs. in a cool place (fridge). Then we stir it in our cream maker and fill the jars. All of our products are made from our very own 100% pure Vermont  maple syrup. We offer our cream in two sizes,  and both are in decorative glass jars. 

All products are from the current years crop, and any left over syrup is sold to our bulk buyer. Theirs nothing wrong with it, but we sell only fresh products to our retail customers. This is  different from many producers, especially Canadian syrup, which could have been sitting in a barrel for 10 years or more!
