Postage Terms
Mailing: Typical handling time is 2 business days after receiving cleared payment.
Local Pickup: Inspection of items prior to bidding and/or free local pickup of items is available from our store in the Melbourne CBD. Local pickup is available by appointment only by prior arrangement with our eBay Manager. Proof of ID matching winning bidder information must also be produced upon collection. Please use the "Ask Seller a Question" form for full details and to arrange a local pickup.
Postage Charges: Postage & Handling charges quoted are for registered mail and include $100 of insurance cover. Additional cover and express mail is available upon request at buyer's expense (please contact us for a quote). Winning Buyer is to cover all prescribed P&H costs which may include actual postage charges, packaging costs, boxes, bubble mailers and handling costs. All items are packed with great care, however The Seller will not be held accountable for any packages which are damaged and/or lost during transit once they have left our care.
Combined Postage: Combined postage for additional items is $1 per additional item (highest postage cost item is charged in full). To receive a combined postage discount, all items must be invoiced and paid for together. Please wait until you have finished shopping before completing checkout and then request a combined invoice from us.
International Postage: Unless otherwise noted in the item description, International postage is not available.
Payment
Contact: Please make contact within 3 days after auction/listing end.
Payment Methods: We accept as payment (in order of preference) Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer to our BOQ account, Australian Money Order and PayPal. Please include your eBay ID as a payment reference for bank deposit and bank transfer payments, and advise once payment has been made so we can confirm in our account.
Payment in the case of free local pickup must be via bank deposit prior or cash/EFTPOS upon collection (Money Orders, Cheques & PayPal are not accepted as payment for local pickup items).
Payment Timing: Payment must be received within 7 days by one of the methods noted, unless otherwise arranged with The Seller. If you wish to delay payment in order to combine postage with other items, please let us know.
Unpaid Items: If there are any problems with payment timing please contact us ASAP, as we are flexible, but cannot help if you do not inform us of the problem. Unpaid items with no communication will be reported and filed with eBay in order to claim our ebay fees charged back. Once an unpaid item dispute is filed, winning bidder/buyer forfeits the right to the goods, which may then be relisted and/or otherwise sold.
