We know you may want to return an item so here’s how to do that. We accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of your order so long as the goods are in the original condition. Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on underwear or swimwear if they have been used, opened, or the packaging is damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. To initiate the returns process please request a return within eBay. The cost of returning the item to us is your liability, and we cannot refund return items lost in the post. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded or tracked delivery service. Please note, if you have received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us prior to return so we can arrange free postage for you. Please allow 7 to 10 working days from the date we have received the parcel for the item(s) to be checked, and for the return to be processed.
We deliver to the UK excluding Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles. All our products include FREE standard delivery which means your order will be delivered in 3-5 working days from the order being processed. This will be delivered by either Royal Mail or a courier requiring a signature depending on the item. You may have the option to pay an extra £6.99 for express delivery. This will be sent via a 24hr courier so you should receive you order the next working day after your order is processed. Please allow up to 1 working day for order processing depending on when you place the order. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods in the time specified, we cannot guarantee delivery in that time period or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries especially during times of adverse weather or anything else out of our control. All items are subject to stock availability.
We only accept PayPal. It is the only online payment method we accept. Please make sure you have a valid/confirmed PayPal account prior bidding. All PayPal Payments must be Confirmed (Shipping and billing addresses must match). Payment must be made within 48hrs of the auction end time.
