Product: You will get at least 3 plants of each:

  • Frogbit (Limnobium laevigatum)
  • Red Root Floater (Phyllanthus Fluitans)
  • Dwarf Water Lettuce (Pistia stratioes)
  • Water Spangles (Salvinia Minima)

Each plant will have 2+ leaves (see 2nd picture to compare sample size to a quarter). Floating plants are one of the single best ways to filter out toxic chemicals (e.g. ammonia, heavy metals, etc.) from your water. They provide natural cover for shrimp and fish and look amazing in an aquarium. We operate in a snail and duckweed free environment, though we do utilize freshwater scuds.

Shipping: Shipping is free for trackable first-class mail, or you can upgrade to Priority Mail if you would like. Your package will usually go out within 1-2 business days of your order. If the forecasted temperature in Los Angeles or your address is above 100° F or under 38° F in the coming days, we may hold your order to ship it out when the temperature returns to a safe level. Note that this may cause the shipping time to be delayed past eBay's estimate, but is necessary to ensure you receive good quality plants.

Arrival: Plants may turn partly yellow/brown during shipping and roots may be damaged. That is OK—the plants are extremely resilient and will begin multiplying within several days of being placed in your tank. What you are buying should be viewed as a "seed" from which you will eventually get many.

Returns: If you believe you received dead plants, you must send us a photo of the plants in their original packaging within 2 hours of when USPS delivered the item. Please contact us before leaving negative feedback and we will work with you to make it right. Our customer's satisfaction is our #1 concern (seriously).
