Our viscose fabric is perfect for making figure-hugging summer dresses, lounge-wear and other summer dresses thanks to its soft textured appearance and its 4-way stretch weaving. The fabric gathers perfect drape and is ultra-soft to touch and stretches in all directions.
Viscose (also known as rayon) is neither a natural fabric or a synthetic fabric. It is somewhere in between because it is a regenerated cellulose fibre usually manufactured from wool pulp which has been chemically treated.
Rayon has very thin fibres which allows it to breathe more than other fabrics and gives it a lightness that prevents it from sticking to a body in hot weather and it won't wick away moisture as well as cotton. Rayon is a thinner thread than cotton, so it's great for delicate, lightweight clothing that drapes ever so well.

Viscose has a myriad of brilliant qualities, which makes it a popular fibre to work with.

Washing Instructions: Light wash up to 40 degrees as it tends to shrink. NO tumble dry because it does not retain moisture, viscose clothing dries very quickly and without the need for a dryer.
