This is a new item in its original box.  All boxes are in good condition unless otherwise noted in the product description or shown in a picture.  No box is ever "perfect" and there may be small marks or creases as a result of shipping and handling.

We carefully package all items in strong shipping boxes with the expectation that the box will arrive in good condition.  However, we cannot guarantee how the box is handled or what happens to it once it leaves our facility.  We are not responsible for any items damaged, lost, or stolen for any reason.  If you are concerned, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance.  Please contact us before paying for your item (request an invoice from us) so we can adjust your final amount due for the insurance.

We work hard to process, pack, and ship orders as quickly as possible.  However, please allow 2-4 business days from the time you make payment for your item to ship.  Cut-off time for our business day is 3:00p.m. EST, all items purchased after that time will be treated as if purchased on the next business day.  We apologize but we cannot gift wrap any items or add special notes to the packages.  We include a packing slip with shipments.  If you request a ?gift packing slip? (shows no cost) we will do our best to make that happen but there are no guarantees.

Please check for your expected receive date.  We cannot guarantee delivery dates and will not accept returns for late deliveries outside of our control.  We cannot email individual tracking information.  You can typically track your package through eBay.

Domestic Shipments:

Shipping is FREE (unless otherwise noted) for all US Domestic shipments.  If you choose to ship by another method, shipping will not be free, and you will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping.

International Shipments:

Shipping is calculated by eBay using USPS First Class Mail International Service.  If you need us to ship by another method, please contact us by requesting an invoice before paying for your items.  We cannot ensure delivery and are not responsible for any duties, taxes or other import charges.  We will complete all paperwork for the item to ship from the United States, but we cannot guarantee what another country?s customs office does to the package once it arrives or what they may require from the buyer.

Returns:

You may return your item for a refund or exchange (if stock available) for items that are received broken or not as described.  We may require the return of the broken item or for you to email us a picture before we ship the replacement.  Replacement items will be shipped free of charge in this instance.  Issues with the item not conforming to the description will be determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.  Minor imperfections in the condition of the box or in painting quality will not qualify. 

If you need to return your item because you purchased the wrong item, no longer need the item, you changed your mind, or for any other reason, we reserve the right to refuse the return.  If a return is permitted, we must issue an authorization for the return.  You pay the cost to return the item, and we will charge a 20% restocking fee.  Refunds will not be made until the item has been returned and inspected and may take up to 2 weeks upon receipt.  All items must be returned in original box.  Items cannot be returned because they arrived later than needed or expected unless the delay was due to our not shipping within 4 business days from time payment is made.  Items that have been altered, are not in their original boxes, or are not packaged properly for return will not be refunded.

Pennsylvania buyers will pay a 7% tax.
