Matchbox AMT PK-5112 - Vulcan Shuttle Model Kit.  Box is slightly crushed, contents intact, not put together, unopened.  The labels (decal sheet) have all come off the paper they were on and are now stuck to the plastic containing the shuttle.  Has the instruction manual.

I understand that this set was the UK/Europe issue with the box art unique to this issue.
