Les enseignantes et les étudiantes francophones ont la chance d’avoir accès dans leur langue à cet ouvrage américain réputé, quelques semaines seulement après sa parution.

Les auteurs américains du Lewis ont voulu dans leur 8e édition rendre le texte plus accessible tout en s’assurant de conserver la rigueur scientifique qui a toujours caractérisé cet ouvrage. Cette préoccupation incontournable a aussi guidé la grande équipe de l’édition française.

Fidèle à l’orientation donnée à la collection Soins infirmiers et déjà illustrée par Soins infirmiers - Fondements généraux de Potter-Perry, Soins infirmiers - Médecine Chirurgie accorde une importance majeure au développement du jugement clinique.
