In STS Digital CD Recording, you will find:
1. The warm sound, that acoustic instruments possess on their own, but is often not captured by sound-technicians.
2. Acoustic placing and recognition of the musicians in the recording space.
3. Phase purity of a recording, both the electric phase (good cable/fibre connections etc), and the acoustic phase must be acquired through proper placing of the microphones.
4. Symmetry in the recording; this means always placing the microphones in such a way that on both the left and the right side there’s an equal division of signal, and not placing mono support microphones on the extreme left and right.
5. Transparency and clarity in a recording. This does not mean an overly sharp recording, but one of softness in tone and clarity, in which especially the 3-dimensional recording-space is being displayed.

Over the years, they have developed their own unique ‘MW process’ to make their recordings sound as good as possible from studio masters for CD and LP.
Refunds and Returns: In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will refund or exchange goods returned to us within 14 working days. Goods must be returned in their original condition and the customer must pay the postage costs. If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and let us know what has happened. We will then let you know what to do to resolve the issue. For all returns, please package the item securely and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. If an item is faulty we will replace it free of charge. We will issue you with a returns number and will require you to return the faulty product and reimburse you for your return postage. Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.
Lost Parcels: All orders over £45 are insured, so in the case of an order not arriving we can issue a replacement. In the case of UK orders, 14 calendar days must elapse after the dispatch date before we can start to trace your package. In the case of non-UK orders, one month must pass. After this time, please contact us to report the missing order.
Please Note: Before a replacement package can be sent, we will require you to contact your local postal delivery office to check that the item is not awaiting collection. In the UK, details of your local delivery office can be obtained from Royal Mail Customer Services on phone: 08457 740740. If we suspect that a customer's package has been stolen in the post, we reserve the right to refuse to supply further orders.
