When I was a child more than 40+ years ago my father was in the antique jewelry business. 

From time to time he would come home with different treasures and occasionally he would let me "acquire" them!

I found a box of Mint New old stock antique/vintage unbranded 14 k Yellow Gold small initials. 

It has little "prong/s" at the top that could be used to "slide" the initial into a piece or you could remove it if you don't need it.

This is the initial "B".

It measures approx. 1/4" x just over 1/8" (7.5 mm x 3.5 mm)

It is unmarked but I guarantee metal content.
