We came up with the idea for this sling for those who like the M1 carbine style sling but would like a 1.25 inch wide version for use with other military style, target, or hunting rifles with 1.25 inch swivels. (Swivels and REPLICA Thompson shown in pictures 2/4/6 are for display only and are not included in this sale)

This 1.25 inch wide (NOT 1 inch) x 50 inch long M1 carbine style sling is newly manufactured by Indian Creek Trading  Co. in Chesapeake, Virginia USA.  Please check out my other sales if you are in need of 1 inch wide versions. 

SPECS: The OD Green cotton version is manufactured utilizing genuine NEW OLD STOCK (1950-early 60's dated) US military 1.25 inch wide OD Green  cotton webbing, genuine Scovill "DOT" "Lift the Dot" snap, and US military spec steel adjusting slide.  The nylon slings are made with the same hardware and US military spec. 1.25 inch nylon webbing.  For a touch of additional authentic detail, the "Lift the Dot" snap is attached utilizing original WW2 era US Navy issue United Carr setting dies.
