COMBINED SHIPPING / POSTAGE

We offer combined shipping  on request,  where multiple items have been ordered . Please request Combined Shipping at the time items are ordered.  

As a guide, the Maximum  value of items within a single Satchel  to be shipped is $150.00. Thereafter, another separate Satchel will be required for shipping the extra items ordered which exceed the value of $150.00. 

Combined shipping refunds will be sent to the Buyer's Account at the time we process the order.

International Buyers Please Note; The Buyer is responsible for Payment of Import Duties , VAT , customs charges ,other costs of importation and delivery in your Country, and any and all other associated costs and charges.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Items are well described in listings. All items are inspected for quality before being shipped. Returns are generally not accepted, but if you have an issue, please contact us to let us know why you are not satisfied and we will attempt to offer a solution.  We aim to pack items securely so that they are not damaged during shipping. However, we understand that sometimes damage may occur beyond our control, and in this instance , a replacement item will be sent after the original item has been returned to us with Tracking .  Postage costs for returned items will be refunded to the Buyer’s Paypal Account as long as Tracking is provided .   In cases where items have been taken out of their protective capsule and damaged or dirty  or are not returned in their original good condition we may refuse to refund or replace the item.

Silver can tarnish more quickly if handled incorrectly such as with bare hands, so always wear cotton gloves when handling items that have been taken out of their protective capsules/packaging.
