EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
1. We accept returns for exchanges or a refund. ALL returns must have original tags, accessories, and be in it's original packaging.
2. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT HAVE BEEN USED, WASHED, RIPPED, OR STAINED. NO HAIR OR SMELL OF PERFUME.
3. Items must be returned within 30 days from arrival date.
4. Exchanges ONLY: Please include a note inside the parcel with your eBay ID name, order number, reason for exchange, and what you want in return. MUST include $6 CASH per item you'll be exchanging to pay for return shipping since a size chart is provided for you before purchasing.
5. Returns ONLY: 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your total to cover for our labor and the shipping to get the item to you.
6.Damaged / Missing Items: Please message us before taking any action with eBay. We are here to fix any order ASAP to make sure that your experience shopping with us is more than satisfactory.
