*BMW motorcycle pre 1986 (using listed code series)
*Ducati motorcycle fork lock (using listed code series)
*Vespa motorscooter glove box lock (using listed code series)
*Suzuki Intruder, Marauder, Savage & DR steering lock 1986-88 (using listed code series)
*Triumph motocycles, Bonneville steering lock 2001 up (using listed code series)

Many of these vehicles used several different code series in the same model years - "Different Code Series = Different Blank" - They did this for security reasons. (see definition of key code)

*This blank will work on vehicles using the following code series: 11111-55555


If your vehicles key code falls into any of the code series listed, this blank will work for you.

If the key code is not available, the easiest way to tell is to match your key, and/or the part number on your key, to the ones pictured. Pay special attention to the "keyway cuts",(the manufactured cuts down the lengh of the blade).

Please  feel free to contact me with your key code and/or pictures of both sides of your key for help in identification.


 

The aftermarket part numbers for this blank are Ilco# SR61N, Taylor# B69K, Silca# NE5/NE44, Dominion# SR61N, and Curtis# MC44.


   If any of these part numbers are stamped on your key - this is the correct blank.
 

                                Definition of Key Code

 The "code series" determines the manufactured (keyway) cuts on the blade of the blank. These cuts allow the blank to enter the lock.

  The "key code" determines the cuts that need to be made on the blank to allow the key to operate that specific lock. The code is usually found stamped on the lock cylinder, and often on the original key.

 

Different code series = Different keyway = Different key blank

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 24 hours after sale. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -----BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS OR DUTIES CHARGED BY THE RECEIVING COUNTRIES -- THE SHIPPING CHARGE IS FOR THE POSTAGE ONLY. I ship using the USPS First Class International Mail opton, please allow 2 to 5 weeks for delivery, depending on the country it is being shipped to. This method is trackable until it leaves the U.S., it is also tracked if scanned as received in another country. Some countries scan the package upon reciept - some do not. I have have no way to obtain prove if the package was recieved or not. For this reason I CANNOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES. I try to get my packages out on the next business day, after that it is in the hands of the Customs and Postal service of the country it was shipped to.
