Organic wheat germ oil is cold pressed from the germ (Triticum vulgare) of the wheat kernel. The oil contains nutrients, including protein, B vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, iron and calcium, making it a healthy addition to your diet. Used as a cooking oil. Out of all oils, this is the one richest in vitamin D and E, germ lecithin, minerals, phytosterols and micro and macro elements and thanks to it the oil has its characteristic aroma.
