All prices for items and shipping costs are quoted in Australian Dollars. Buyers can make payments through PayPal or bank deposit. Buyers are required to follow the payment instruction on the checkout page. If buyers fail to follow instructions, eledric is not responsible or liable for any unidentified payment and/or delay of delivery. Payment usually takes 24-48 hours to process. Items will be dispatched after your payment has been cleared. Please make sure you leave a reference to your direct deposit such as your ebay user ID or item number.

There is no pick up of items. At present, shipment is only within Australia. Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after cleared funds have been received. Items will only be dispatched after payment is cleared. Delivery with-in Australia usually takes approximately 7- 10 business days. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online during the entire shipment with a unique tracking number if the appropriate shipping method has been chosen at check out. Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on checkout page before payment. If paying with PayPal the item will be shipped via the address stated on your PayPal account. Any changes of address after checkout will not be considered as valid. Whilst all care is taken eledric is not liable for any delay, losses, theft and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers. Eledric will not be held responsible for damaged or lost items shipped without insurance. It is important to note lost mail items from Australia and within Australia can only be traced if sent via express or registered mail, otherwise no claim can be made! Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item that is undeliverable and/or returned to eledric due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am to 5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays and/or after business hours.

90 days warranty will apply to all eledric products unless the corresponding listing states otherwise. If items show symptoms of operation failure, defective or broken (aka “DOA”, Dead on Arrival Products), Buyers must contact us via email within 7 days with a full detailed description of the issue, including pictures where possible. Eledric reserves the rights to reject any claims made after 7 days or additional charge (postage and handling) may apply. If the product is assessed to be DOA, buyers will receive a full or partial refund at eledric’s discretion, or a replacement product or parts. When buyers are asked to send back the defective item, a replacement will be sent to buyers after the returned product is received. If no products remain in stock a refund of the purchase price (excluding postage fees) will be issued. The seller is will take full responsibility for the postage fee to return the item, and eledric will take full responsibility for the postage fee of sending a new item to the seller. DOA products are required to return when it is agreed that eledric will provide buyer a refund or replacement. The returned DOA products will be our property and the replacement will be buyers’ property. Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned products. Eledric is not liable for items that have been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed. Customers should read the instruction and advice given by manufacturers and suppliers before use. All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty such as carry bag, cable, and/or battery.

The terms and conditions, together with eBay user agreement and winning bid, constitute the contract between the winning bidder and eledric for the supply of products. Bidders are assumed to agree with full terms and conditions when bidding on the auction(s). The contract cannot be varied unless both parties agree via email. Whilst all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. All sales are final, eledric does not allow the return of incorrectly purchased item/s.
