This listing is for the Blu-ray title, "Resident Evil: Degeneration". It is a genuine Canadian Future Shop retail store exclusive release that comes in a Steelbook and bonus disc. This Steelbook is essentially the same as the United States version released as a Walmart retail exclusive.

This item is brand new with the exception of 1 small tear to the shrinkwrap to the rear bottom edge of package and possible damage to the front upper left corner of the Steelbook. Please see pictures for details. This item is a genuine Canadian release.
