Open back nightdress designed for those with incontinence or for those at home or hospital that need to use a bed pan. The nightdress does not open all the way to the top. The opening starts around the lower shoulder blade area. There is a generous overlap of fabric all the way down to protect the lady's modesty. The nightdress is put on over the head like a normal nightdress.
