Return Policy:

Kaka Industrial will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A 15% returns processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost, and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable.

7 Day acceptance period from the date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time.

You must obtain a Kaka Industrial-issued RGA number before returning any materials.

Returned materials must be received at Kaka Industrial in new condition and original packaging.

Altered items are not eligible for return.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, includes delivery to and return.

A 15% or higher upon review restocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping costs are not refundable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders and cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Warranty:

KAKA guarantees 1-Year Parts Warranty.

Kaka Industrial has a parts-only warranty. We do not provide any service outside our plant, nor will we cover labour for repairs done outside.

KAKA warrants every product that sells. If any of our tools need to be repaired, we will send them to you right away. If you have difficulty, please email us, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
