Newport Beach- Balboa Peninsula Point Association Lifeguard and Emergency Personnel Appreciation Dinner from 2015. Kept for 5 years, this is in perfect condition with no flaws. New, never worn nor washed. I assume that is the west Lifeguard Tower in the illustration. Very few of these were made, and in a very upscale area always home to the rich and famous and the best surfers.
