GEORDIE Beer Making Kit Makes 40 Pints
All the beer kits will need basic brewing equipment.
Requires the addition of 1 kg of brewing sugar.
Geordie Bitter 40pt - A traditional well hopped bitter, with a rich nutty flavour, full head and a clear deep amber colour. Try with brewing sugar for a really fast fermentation.
Geordie Lager 40pt - A light, refreshing beer with a tangy continental taste. Sparkling and light golden in colour. Try with extra light malt extract for a beer with greater body & depth.
Geordie Mild 40pt - A dark mild with a traditional, fuller Northern taste. Smooth head and a rich deep dark colour. Brew with brewing sugar for a cleaner taste.
Geordie Scottish Export Bitter 40pt - Has the rounded taste and distinctive aroma of a great Scottish beer. Full bodied and with a deep golden colour. The sweet malt is balanced with just the right amount of hops.
Try it with the enhancer for an even greater body & depth plus a really fast ferment.
Geordie Yorkshire Bitter 40pt - Light in colour and has a slightly sweet taste, creamy head and full body. Try with brewing sugar for a really fast fermentation.
Geordie Winter Warmer 40pt - It is a very smooth well hopped dark ale with a rich flavour and full head.
