It has a plastic Cabbage Patch kids head and porcelain arms and feet. The jumper is hand sewn. The shirt underneath is hand made using rainbow colored threads. The shoes are hand painted. The face and eyes are painted with scar maniac action marks. Accurate colored hair. The doll is firm and sturdy and I believe has metal posts inside.

His right hand is chopped off and has a bandage.
