After their first trip to the US, where they made their historic, first appearances on the Ed Sullivan Show,  The Beatles returned later that same year for a full, US tour.  Playing to much larger crowds, in much larger venues, it was decided that they?d need larger gear.  In Ringo?s case, he switched from his Ludwig, Downbeat kit, to a larger, Super Classic, with 22? kick drum, fitted with what has been documented as; ?Beatles Drop-T Logo Head Number Four?.  This is also the logo as it appears in the movie, ?Help?.

I have meticulously tried to recreate this logo set in transfer form, as close to the original as possible.  Designed specifically to fit accurately on a *22? drum head, this set can be applied to virtually any smooth, dry surface.  This listing includes the main Beatles logo, as well as the accompanying Ludwig logo, and Remo crown, as pictured, (*drum head, and drums NOT INCLUDED).  Comes with application instructions, and BONUS graphic application squeegee*.  Decals will be safely rolled, and shipped in sturdy box to ensure safe delivery.  60s era logo, as used on bass drum resonant, (front) head.  Isolated, die-cut letters, on transfer sheet for accurate placement.
I am a commercial, graphic artist, as well as a drummer, drum collector, and restorer, and have decided to try and combine my skills to reproduce some, harder to find, or otherwise unavailable logos for my fellow drum enthusiasts.  I've sold quite a few of these with positive response.  Decals work best on smooth, plastic heads, but also work on coated heads, (or any, relatively smooth surface for that matter) - recommend placing sheet of paper over decal after application, and burnish with credit card or similar, to make sure all edges are adhered.
I hope to keep adding to my logo selection, so your support is appreciated, and requests are welcome.  Please see my other listings for more, hard to find logos from Asia, Europe, and North America.  Thanks for looking.
