This stevia is treated with natural organic enzymes to remove virtually all of the bitterness found in Reb-A 90% and other concentrates.
Please note: if you are not familiar with enzyme treated stevia, research it to understand the characteristics. It is much less dense, the bitterness profile is very low, and the sweetness profile is smoother and less intense than untreated concentrates.
If you are looking for highly concentrated, intense stevia such as Reb-A 90%, please DO NOT buy this product. It is lighter, fluffier, and less concentrated as a result of removing the bitterness.

Stevia has a "hydrophobic" component (it is 'scared' of water). When pure stevia is mixed with water is will tend to sit to the top at first. When stevia has been blended with some other filler and recrystallized, it will not do this. This product is 100% pure enzyme treated stevia with no fillers. It will stay on top of water briefly until mixed. This does not mean it has a filler in it. This product does not contain erythritol or inulin.
Erythritol is a much cheaper filler used in many brands that claim to be pure stevia.
Inulin is another much cheaper bulk filler ingredient also used in many products claiming to be pure stevia.
Please check the ingredients on these type products. If they contain erythritol or inulin it explains why the price is so low compared to a pure stevia powder.
