PAYMENT
Please be advised, we only accept PayPal as our direct form of payment. We do expect immediate payment of items that are purchased from our store, but if you require extra to complete payment, please contact us before purchasing an item from our store.
SHIPPING
The shipping and handling process begin after payment completion. All shipments under 1 lb. are sent via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days, and everything above 1 lb. is sent either USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days or FedEx respectively if heavier than 10 lbs. 2-7 days.
HANDLING TIME
Our handling time is set to 24 hours. This means all products are to be shipped within the allotted 24 hour period after completion of payment. If an item is not found within that allotted 24 hour period due to inventory issues, we will cancel the sale and send you a full refund.
RETURNS
We offer 30 day no-hassle returns, if you are dissatisfied or feel the product does meet your expectations, send it back for a full refund.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issues upon return of the product your received from us. The returned item must be in the same condition you received it from us. Items that are not returned as received will not be eligible for a refund.
