All items dispatched same day if purchased if paid for before 12pm, except Weekends where the item will be posted on the Monday.
Items will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow up to 5 working days (UK) or 10 working days to 28 days (International) for it to go through the Royal Mail system, although most items will usually arrive in 1-2 working days (UK) or 5 working days (International).

RETURNS AND QUALITY GUARANTEE
All items are sent in sealed clear bags so you can see the item, if you are not happy for any reason you may return the item for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned with un-opened packaging.
Any jewellery found to be faulty will be replaced free of charge and only refunded if that item is unavailable. Photographic evidence of the fault must be provided.
And remember......good things can't be rushed and should never hurt or bleed, stretch slowly guys. Need advice, just ask.
