Peach: extra light - 3.9mm internal diameter x 5.7mm external diameter - An ideal starter Tube. Work on endurance and flexibility. (Closer to yellow in actual colour)
Orange: Light - 4.3mm internal diameter x 6.9mm external diameter - Ideal progression from peach
Lime: Medium - 4.8mm internal diameter x 8.5mm external diameter - For strength and endurance training
Blueberry: Heavy - 5.3mm internal diameter x 9.8mm external diameter - For strength training
Plum: Extra heavy - 5.7mm internal diameter x 12.5mm external diameter - This is the maximum strength Tube
The resistance tube is an excellent low cost and versatile fitness accessory. Available in 5 coloured resistances ranging from the peach starting resistance through to the more challenging plum Tube. Selection of the correct Tube depends upon your individual physical ability. Start with a low resistance tube and build gradually over time.
Resistance tubes are excellent for helping in rehabilitation, yoga and resistance training. Resistance tubes are used extensively by physiotherapists to help in rehabilitation, improve range of movement and improve co-ordination.

Look after the tube and follow the manufacturers Safety advice:
>Improper or careless use of this product might result in serious injury. Cuts or nicks induced in the material through careless handling, storage, or cleaning might cause the Tube to break suddenly during exercise, we recommend that protective eye wear is worn.
>Only use Rolyan Tube upon recommendations and under direction of a trained, healthcare professional or appropriate person.
>Do not use Rolyan Tube in any way which may cause the Tube to snap towards the head or eyes.
>Inspect the Rolyan Tube thoroughly for any signs of damage or deterioration before EVERY use.
>If there are any cuts or nicks in the material, DO NOT USE IT - replace with a new length of Rolyan Tube.
>Do not use Rolyan Tube while wearing rings or other jewellery which might create a cut or nick in the material.
>If exercise involves winding the Tube around your foot, check your shoes for stones or sharp objects which might create a cut or nick in the material.
>Do not over-stretch the product. Follow the advice of your healthcare professional or appropriate person as instructed.
>If using in chlorinated water thoroughly rinse in tap water after, leave to air dry then dust with talcum powder.
>Rolyan Tube is not a toy. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are exercising with Rolyan Tube.
Caring for your Tube:
>Do not store in direct sunlight.
>Do not store at excessive temperatures, such as near heaters or radiators
>Clean the Rolyan Tube only with clear water. Do not use any detergents. When the Tube is dry, talcum powder may be applied if desired.

Placing a Bid:

Returns/Refunds:
You
are entitled to cancel your contract before you receive the goods and
within 14 days after receipt. To cancel, you must inform us by email to
our eBay account.
Items
are returned at the buyers cost provided the customer has taken
reasonable care of the goods before and after cancellation. Customers
are requested to return items in original packaging, unused and
unopened. Goods will only be refunded once a return has
been received and examined by us and all items must be unused, unopened
and in saleable condition. Refunds will be made net of the original outgoing postage charges paid at the point of sale.
Collections:
We are a mail order company and as such collections are unfortunately not available.
