Please note the bracket is included at the back of the fire which needs unscrewing at the top, then installing to the wall. After this process you can attach the fire on to the bracket. It’s a simple installation process. All installation instructions are included in the manual within the box supplied.

At Home & Beyond UK we believe we have a responsibility to protect our environment. That is why the majority of the packaging materials used in transporting our furniture is recyclable. We also ensure the materials are environmentally safe. When delivering the goods to our customer, we plan the logistics in such a way where we can have the maximum number of deliveries on route from our warehouse to our final destination, this helps us reduce the carbon footprint on our environment and minimise delivery costs.

Shipping Information

We will only deliver to the address on your eBay account and to a UK Mainland address only, sorry we don't deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland . Please ensure this address reflects your choice of delivery location. We are unable to change delivery address details once you have paid for your order. Please ensure you have an up to date daytime telephone number on your account should we need to contact you.

All items which are in stock are despatched within 2-3 working days from receipt of cleared payment and most deliveries will take place within 48hrs of despatch. A tracking number will be provided on eBay.  Some of the larger items have a longer despatch and delivery date, please check the listing.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday 09.00 to 18.00 and must be SIGNED FOR. Failed delivery attempts will be carded. You must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection.
Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery. You will receive a despatch notification when your order ships.

Returns/Warranty



Warranty - All our products carry a twelve month manufacturers warranty, which does not cover any damage caused by neglect.
Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel
If you change your mind you must notify us of your intent to cancel within 30 days of the date the day after delivery to your address. Please contact us through eBay and we will issue a unique RMA return number and the return address.  The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and adequate courier insurance.  Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging.  A full refund of the order total will be processed, once the item has been returned to us.
Returning a faulty item 
All items delivered damaged you must notify us within 48hrs.  In the unlikely event your item is faulty upon arrival, please contact us via eBay and we will be more than happy to assist with the any issues. For faulty items we will email you freepost return details via eBay, this will include our address and a unique RMA return number.  Larger faulty items will be collected free of charge by our own courier, upon prior arrangement.  After 30 days of receipt of the item, if the it develops a fault, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.  We advise you keep a copy of the eBay & PayPal receipt in the event of a claim.
Refunds 
 Please be aware that we can only refund once the item is back with us as per eBay Terms & Conditions.

Product Care

Product Care 
 Velvet -  it is impossible to prevent pressure marks in velvet. If the pile does become crushed, the angle of pile alters, which may result in areas of pile appearing lighter or darker in shade. During time pile may relax and lift. If any pressure marks continue to persist, a light steaming or gentle brushing in the direction of the pile will also be beneficial. This is a natural characteristic of velvet and not a manufacturers fault.
