This turbo cartridge is balanced, and it's new had never installed to any turbo.

I put this cartridge as a sample product for a long time, so I am not sure now what model it fits to. But I remember it might be a cartridge for dodge ram HX35 or HX40 models. So I put pictures while I was measuring the wheel, please check the measurements and compare with your old piece.
