Please note: Due to the current situation, please allow for extra time for items to be delivered. Please allow 13 working days from the delivery due date, not 10 working days like it says in the terms below. I am limiting my trips to the Post Office once a week, due to practising social distance, I request your patients with posting and delivery times. Thank you in advance.

My terms for sale: PLEASE READ!

I am not selling in the course of a business, I'm just an individual who is selling items that are no longer needed, have come with other items and I have no interest in using them, etc. If have any special requests then please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate you.

• Please feel free to contact me about any questions you have. I want to help make this buying experience as easy as possible for you.

• Please also read the full description. (I do understand the irony in this). Not reading the description and these terms is not an excuse for not knowing the terms. The description makes up a key part of the listing.

•  All items are sold as seen - I take plenty of pictures which will show most, if not all sides of the item. If you need more information then contact me prior to bidding. Also colours may vary due to lighting and screen settings.

• All items are genuine, sourced from reputable retailers, or the brand who actually makes the product.

• Unfortunately, I cannot take any responsibility for any claims made by the brand/manufacturer, or any screen shots about the product details or for any adverse reactions to the product. This is at your own risk. Please go by the ingredient list on the actual product, rather than the website as this can be subject to change. 

• TOILETRIES/MAKEUP: please ensure you are happy with the batch codes for products prior to purchase.

• If the item is lost, then please allow 10 working days after the delivery due date for the item to be delivered. Sometimes items may take longer than expected or advertised. Once I have posted the item it is out of my control, therefore can't help it if items arrive later than expected. I keep all proof of postage. 

• Sometimes I will vacuum pack items to keep them safe/secure or reduce postage costs. Without prejudice, fragile items will be well packaged, in my opinion. I’ve sold hundreds of items and have never had any breakages.

• There are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS for change of mind, bought in error, 'doesn't fit' or anything described/pictured in the listing, including all the pictures, the item specification and this description. I thoroughly check each item before listing and before posting to you, to ensure it is as described and pictured, for an easy and stress-free transaction.

• There are NO REFUNDS, unless and item has been lost for over 10 working days past it's latest delivery due date. Also, there are NO refunds if the item has not yet been posted - I packaging items ready for dispatch as soon as I can and may have bought the postage label at this point, also Paypal take their fees instantly, and if I were to give a refund, they will still keep their fees, so I would lose out.
