The beeswax food wraps are reusable. With proper care, they should last for at least a year depending on the frequency of usage.
Beeswax wraps are biodegradable. Over time the protective wax coating will wear out when it comes to the end of its useful life, you can either re-apply a fresh coat of beeswax or simply bury it in the garden. Unlike plastic wraps, the beeswax wraps will biodegrade.
To clean the wrap, hand wash it with cold water and mild soap only. Hang to dry.
Avoid placing it in heat source, meaning do not use the wraps in the microwave.
Do not use wraps for seafood or meat.
Beeswax wraps are not recommended for the freezer since it won't do well in preventing freezer burn.
