GENERAL INFORMATION
These batteries were new when we ordered them two years ago, they've sitting in our warehouse untouched for about 2 years, they've been fully inspected and tested and it's in excellent working condition, it might also have some hairline scratches on the case due to without their original packaging, but nothing major. They still come with 30 days warranty.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
- All packages will be shipped within 48 hrs, except Sunday and holidays. If payments made on
Friday will be shipped on Monday.

- We offer free shipping to all domestics addresses on our parts and only available
within the 48 continental states.
- If you order more than one items, they will be shipped together with the same
tracking number
- We only use USPS at this time, if you preferred UPS or FEDEX, please supply prepaid label.
- No local pick up is available at this time, sorry for the inconvenience

RETURNS
- Please contact us first before returning the parts, once we received the parts, we’ll
verify the serial number and re-test the item before issue any exchange or refund.
- All returns must be done within 30 days, after that, all sales are final.
- Any non-defective parts is subject to 20% restocking fee.
- No returns on all AS IS items.
WARRANTY
- All parts, new & pre-owned, come with 30 days warranty from the delivered date.
