ITEM FACTS
Please note that this is a CTO/BTO configuration. Actual handling/shipping time can be faster than advertised, depending on current stock/availability; usually shipped within one week or less, but in some cases, it may take 1.5-2 weeks to ship. Please check with us before placing an order if the handling time is of concern.
All units were thoroughly inspected and tested prior to shipping, and the serial numbers, testing, packing, and shipping procedures were video-documented to ensure protection against any type of fraud.
The images are generic images of the product. The cosmetic condition may vary slightly, but we strive to have A/A- cosmetic grade units.
The serial numbers on screenshots may not match the serial numbers of the actual unit shipped.
The eBay "Item Specifics" & "Detailed Item Info" are not always correct. The correct information is in the listing title and description. Please double-check with us if you still have questions or concerns.
PAYMENTS
Buyers can use a variety of eBay payment methods such as credit, debit, and gift cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and PayPal Credit.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Your purchase will be shipped properly packed (either in the original box or a suitable generic box, depending on availability) and insured.
The carrier for the free shipping is the seller's choice.
An adult signature is required upon receipt.
Shipping to eBay confirmed street address only. No address change after the order was placed.
RETURNS
Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please inspect items as soon as you receive them and report any issues promptly. Please save the shipping box and any packing material for 30 days. We keep track of serial numbers on every item we sell. Returned items with serial numbers that do not match our records will be refused and reported. RMA is required on all returns. A 10% restocking fee is charged on all returns. Shipping fees are not refundable.
DOA/Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
WARRANTY
We warranty part and labor for all iMac Pro purchases for 90 days from the date the client receives the package unless specified otherwise. No return or exchange will be accepted outside the 90-day window. There are no exceptions to this policy. We are not responsible for any damage or losses related to your time, project, or environment (data/software/network/building) where purchased Macs are installed. Modifications to Mac or any parts sold without prior approval will void our warranty. The client is responsible for shipping the original defective item(s) back to us for warranty repairs, in the packaging they received the item, fully insured against damage or loss. In case of damage or loss, the client will be responsible for initiating a claim with the shipping carrier.
FEEDBACK
We value the feedback system, and we take it very seriously. Our staff will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise within the warranty period. We are human, after all, and no one is perfect. We will work with you to resolve any issues you are having. However, if you do post negative feedback before giving us the chance to work with you, we consider this an abuse of the feedback system; your feedback will be reported, and you will be blocked. You will no longer be able to buy from our stores.
LEGAL
The sole and exclusive venue for any lawsuit arising from any transaction on any products we sell shall be the Fairfax County General District Court of Fairfax County, Virginia. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our terms.
