O2 cel fixture actually contains a miniature catalytic converter so if
the real catalytic converter is damaged, the CEL eliminator can help you
reduce toxic gases.that helps to get rid of the annoying inspection of
the engine light even if the high-flow catalytic converter is installed
after modifying the exhaust gas or removing the catalytic converter.
Don't risk using
extensions because they usually don't work, this is a built-in real
mini-catalytic converter.
This O2 cel fixture
with a miniature cat will make your ECU think the inventory catalytic
converter is still installed. When you remove the catalytic converter,
the rear O2 sensor will see higher temperatures and greater unburned
fuel flow.
Therefore, this will
throw an inspection engine light (Cel, SES, DTC), usually with error
code P0420 (catalyst system efficiency below threshold library 1) and /
or P0430 P0420 - catalyst system efficiency below threshold library *
for OFF ROAD It takes a long time to use.
But sometimes, CEL
alerts are caused by O2 sensor problems. For example, the O2 sensor is
too sensitive and the CEL will still turn on after the canceller is
loaded. It will still cause more code errors!
So our CEL canceller
(someone called Mini cat) can't solve all the problems on the CEL alert.
It can only solve one
of the P0420 codes - Fault Catalytic Converter (most common)
