These items are brand new and unplayed. However, due to being held in storage they may have some slight shop scuffing, which in no way will interfere with the product. Jewel cases are replaced where necessary and depending on availability. In the event we do not have a case suitable your purchase will be sent in the original casing and the price adjusted accordingly. Digipak cases may not be able to be replaced for obvious reasons, but the item will be dispatched to you in a new cellophane sleeve. Please ask questions if necessary and only purchase on the understanding of this condition of sale.
