- NON EDIBLE SAUSAGE CASINGS SEWN FROM FIBROUS IN THE SHAPE OF A PIG BLADDER - the cross-linked shape is made of clear fibrous casings and designed to show off your sausages favourably
- DESIGNED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SMOKED OR COOKED SAUSAGES, BRAWN, SALTISON - the production of the sausage in these shells is identical to the heat treatment in natural, collagen and fibrous membranes
- THE WEIGHT OF THE FINAL PRODUCT in the sausage shell is at least 2.2 lb (1 kg)
- PURCHASE OPTION - there are 10 sausage sleeves in a pack, enough to produce 22 lb (10 kg) of sausages
- ADHESION OF THESE SAUSAGE SKINS IS UNIVERSAL - if you plan to produce very dry sausages, we encourage you to order casings with a higher level of adhesion. Please let us know via e-mail after placing your order
Before filling, the casing should be soaked in warm fresh water (4-5 minutes) and filled effortlessly until you reach the beautiful and desired shape.
We do not produce sausages but we develop, manufacture and supply the sausage casings in accordance with your requirements.
