This is a note 9 motherboard removed from a DEMO device. It doesn’t have a IMEI number, It can be used to take pictures, connect to Wi-Fi, download games etc Only thing is it cannot read a SIM card to either make phone calls or make cellular network connection. 

It is also great for parts or would be great for a LCD tester.
