RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Return/Exchange Policy:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with a message stating that you were refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your item for a different size and/or color, send us a message through eBay messaging informing us of the size and/or color that you need in exchange. We will send you a free prepaid shipping label to your email via a PDF file.

If you would like a refund just print out the shipping label and attach to the package. We will process it when we receive the item back at our offices.

If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or color, please include a note in the package stating the size and/or color you would like to exchange the item for. Once we receive the item back at our office and process the exchange for you we will message you the new tracking number.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

SHIPPING

We offer FREE STANDARD domestic shipping. If you need your item sooner, we also offer EXPEDITED domestic shipping options for an additional fee.

If your item is marked as undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you for a new, updated address in which to ship the item back to you at no additional cost.
